At Concord we will sit down with you to discuss solutions and ways to manage issues and problems in a safe and supportive environment.

Mediation is flexible and keeps you in control and can produce solutions tailored to your circumstances. It is likely to be significantly cheaper and quicker than using more traditional routes.

At Concord the principles of Mediation are applied sensitively to the resolution and management of issues that can arise within families and between couples.

During mediation a trained mediator will assist couples and parents to resolve any disagreement by facilitating a process of finding mutually agreeable solutions and routes. Our mediators will not take sides but will make sure you are able to say what you need to say and explore issues and options creatively.

At Concord we understand that your family and relationships are precious.  When there are difficulties, you as a person need to be comfortable with the solution or the strategy for managing the issues, as well as satisfied that whatever is agreed reflects the best interests of all the relationships involved.   We recognise that there is a difficult path to work out and we seek to support each of you to navigate that route to a solution  which respects the investment you have made in your family life.

Employment Mediation
